What is Welcome to Church?
Welcome to Church is a class that is specifically designed to give new attendees an opportunity to hear the story of CHR. The objectives of this class give people a chance to listen to the testimony of Pastor Joel and Sarah Brown and to understand the core beliefs, mission, vision, strategy, and structure of our church. This class also offers an opportunity for attendees to become members of CHR and to understand why there is a membership.

The student guide is a required resource for this class. Download this guide and print one copy for each attended. Click here to download the guide.
Email Template
Use this email template to contact people signed up, The wording of this template can be changed and serves as a guide. Here is how to use it:
- Download the Template on a PC - click here
- Open the Word document and press ctrl + a to "select all"
- Open your CHR email to a New Message
- In the body of the message press ctrl + v to "paste" the template
- Now edit the appropriate information and send it to the individual.
Checklist
Ensure that the following has been completed:
- Area is clean and decluttered
- Lights are on (entry, lobby, classroom) to welcome attendees
- Worship Music is playing as people arrive
- Student guides have been printed with a WTC Cover image
- Welcome to Church image on displays (where applicable)
