The Win
As the Project Logistics Director you will execute the strategy of one church in seven cities. You will provide leadership and oversight for all logistical aspects of portable and physical campus locations so that people have a place to gather together in community and become connected and fully devoted to God.

General Guidelines
- Lead by example:
- Maintain a strong presence in church
- Attend a minimum of three (3) Sundays per month
- Trust God with your money by tithing
- Maintain presence in Connect Groups / Lead Connect Groups
- Attend weekly Staff Meetings so that, as a leader, you can contribute to the direction of CHR and provide information to your team as needed
- Attend weekday Prayer/Worship events
- Identify members who could be future leaders and work with your Campus Pastor and Service Director to begin training them. This helps us be ready as God continues to grow our church and our team
- Provide feedback on opportunities where we can strive to provide better service to our team or our guests
- Maintain ministry budget and be accountable for all expenditures
Ministry Guidelines
- Define, launch, and drive CHR mission-crucial strategic and operational initiatives in core building/campus projects.
- Define, oversee, and manage the project logistics process.
- Manage budget, personnel and resources within the CHR team necessary to attain project goals and objectives.
- Build a team to support various aspects of project logistics and oversight.
- Train the project logistics team to present quality results for CHR as required.
- Prepare comprehensive project plans to assure deliverables are attained within budget, timeline, and varied project objectives.
- Identify, evaluate, and define project needs and scope based on defined requirements from Lead Pastor.
- Supervise and manage project milestones, tasks, scope, timelines, expenses, and risks impacting projects.
- Coordinate, negotiate, and schedule contractors to align with project timelines and initiatives.
- Develop risk mitigation plan for project deliverables.
- Organize and oversee building project fundraising activities.
- Work with external stakeholders to ensure cost and performance goals can be accomplished.
Prerequisites
- Sign membership covenant form
- Have attended CHR for at least six (6) months
- Be able to serve for at least (one) 1 year once in position
- Completed or plan to complete Foundations within one (1) year of taking the position
- Commits to a life of sobriety
