Be an integral part of real change in the lives of people by developing, maintaining, and improving safe, biblically sound course and training curriculums for people to become connected and fully devoted to God.
General Guidelines
- Lead by example
- Commit to consistent attendance to provide logistical and spiritual oversight to your team members
- Place a high priority on being present weekly in the life of the church unless time off requests have been submitted
- Pray for your team and foster spiritual growth as you lead.
- Trust God with your money by tithing
- Maintain presence in Connect Groups / Lead Connect Groups
- Attend Staff Meetings on 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of each month so that as a leader you can contribute to the direction of CHR and provide information to your team as needed
- Attend Morning Prayer 8:30am Sundays
- Attend weekday Prayer/Worship events
- Identify members who could be future leaders and work with your Pastors to begin training them. This helps us be ready as God continues to grow our church and our team
- Provide feedback on opportunities where we can strive to provide better service to our team or our guests
Role Guidelines
- Develop, review, and continuously improve teaching and training curriculums including but not limited to:
- Foundations
- Connect Group Leader Training
- Discipleship Classes
- Spiritual Giftings
- Assist the Connect Group Director with the timely review of Connect Group leader materials to ensure the material is biblically sound and healthy
- Work with ministry leaders to develop and/or improve training materials
- Update and maintain the Leader Up website with training materials, ensuring information is up to date and relevant
- Coordinate with the Creative Media Director to record videos for the Leader Up website

- Develop a team of people who can come alongside CHR to teach and develop curriculum
- Be available for the needs of the CHR Community
Prerequisites
- Sign membership covenant form
- Have attended CHR for at least six (6) months
- Be able to serve for at least (one) 1 year once in position
- Completed or plan to complete Foundations within one (1) year of taking the position
- Commits to a life of sobriety
