The purpose of this resource is to assist new Dream Team members in understanding the CHR Students' processes, expectations, and order of services. Please understand that we are being trusted with teaching, mentoring, and loving the children of our church. Our priority is that we are in line with Gods word and the mission. Welcome!!! We are glad to have you! You will find you’ve joined a team of dedicated teachers who share a commitment to care for our youth with kindness and love. As a part of this team, you play a unique and significant role. The Lord has equipped  you with gifts and strengths which are necessary and useful to minister to His children here at Church at Hampton  Roads, and you will find plenty of opportunities to operate in them. As Jesus demonstrated multiple times during His  ministry on earth, He treasures children. Therefore, it is a great privilege and responsibility to care for them, and we  believe that as you do, you will find this work satisfying and rewarding.
